(Business goals)
Jobe Services needed a brand and website that could clearly communicate the value of their services across their Growth, Operations, and Freight divisions. Their goal was to create a central digital hub that could organize their trucking and non-trucking offerings while providing a secure, professional home for their client portals.
(My role)
As the Lead UX Designer, I guided the website redesign from information architecture through final implementation. Using insights from the research and strategy document, I developed a clear sitemap to structure the site around the needs of potential clients. I created both low- and high-fidelity wireframes to define the user journey and page layouts, collaborating closely with our internal brand designer to translate the refreshed brand system into a cohesive UI. I then built the final responsive website in Webflow, ensuring the design system was implemented consistently across a mobile-first experience.

(Results and Learnings)
I elevated the overall product quality by translating wireframes into Webflow and bringing content to life through refined UI and interaction details, while deepening my development skills through iterative testing, validation, and the crafting of micro-interactions like hover states, all within a fast-paced turnaround.
